NON GMO SOYA LECITHIN LIQUID
Soy lecithin is a natural fatty substance extracted from soybeans during the liquid soybean oil extraction process. As a by-product of soybean oil production it contains essential phospholipids such as phosphatidylcholine phosphatidylethanolamine phosphatidylinositol phosphatidic acid and other important components of cell membranes. The liquid form of soy lecithin varies from yellow to brown and has a thick sticky consistency.
Due to its emulsifying stabilizing and dispersing properties it has excellent versatility and finds wide application in the food cosmetic and industrial fields. Acts as an emulsifier to help mix and stabilize oil and water mixtures. In food production it improves texture and moisture retention and increases the shelf life of various products. Because it is a natural ingredient and comes from plants liquid soy lecithin is often preferred to synthetic emulsifiers.
